A great workout for everyone interested in improving their fitness & stamina. This class is flexible to serve the needs of all students
It will get beginners into shape, it will challenge advanced athletes, & both men & women are welcome!
Class format integrates movements, techniques and theories from a combination of different Martial Arts. (e.g. Karate, Boxing, Thai Boxing, Taekwondo )
In class you will work on a variety of different exercises and drills to practice the skills you are learning . You can expect to use the heavy bag, Focus mitts, the BOB, jump rope and other classic drills to improve your striking.
Coach Chris Manley has been a student of the striking arts for over 10 years ands has 2 Pro MMA wins by T(KO)
